Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. SaaS Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Annual subscriptions may be cancelled with a pro-rata refund for unused months (minimum 3-month commitment)
• Free trial periods do not incur charges if cancelled before trial expiration

2. Custom Development Projects

• Refund terms are defined in individual project agreements
• Deposits for initiated work are generally non-refundable
• Milestone-based payments align with delivered work

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact contact@amlogics.com with your account details and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available for services already rendered, violations of our Acceptable Use Policy, or accounts terminated for abuse.
