By accessing or using the Amlogics website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Amlogics provides custom software development, SaaS products, web and mobile development, and IT consulting services. Specific service terms are outlined in individual project agreements or SaaS subscription agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

• Our website content, branding, and pre-existing software remain Amlogics property
• Custom software developed for clients is governed by project-specific IP agreements
• SaaS products are licensed, not sold, under subscription terms

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in forms and communications
• Not use our services for unlawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy for SaaS products

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amlogics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
